RETURN CONDITIONS

 

Customers may return a timepiece within five (5) days of delivery, provided that:

 

• The watch has not been worn

• The watch is in the same condition as when originally shipped

• All original items are included (watch, box, papers, accessories, and documentation)

 

The customer is fully responsible for properly packaging and returning the item.

We strongly advise not reusing the original shipping packaging and ensuring the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

If any items originally included in the shipment are missing, refunds will be delayed until all items are successfully returned to Momento Mori.

REFUNDS

 

All returned items are subject to a thorough inspection upon receipt to verify condition and authenticity.

 

• Refunds are issued only after inspection is completed

• Refunds are processed to the original form of payment

• Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances

• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing

 

In the rare event that a return shipment is lost in transit, an insurance claim will be filed. A refund will be issued only upon successful completion of the insurance investigation.

The following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

 

• Special order items specifically sourced for a client

• Consignment pieces

 

All sales of the above items are final.
