Momento Mori is pleased to offer fully insured second-day air shipping free of charge on all domestic orders, as well as economical international shipping worldwide.

 

 

 

SPECIAL ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

 


All watches labelled as Special Order will ship within 2–5 business days from the order date. These items are specially sourced from our suppliers to fulfil your order and therefore may require additional processing time compared to in-stock inventory.

 

 

 

SHIPMENT TIMING

 


All watches listed for purchase on our website are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise stated.

 

  • Verified payments received before 4:00 PM generally ship the same business day

  • Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding holidays

PRE-SHIPMENT PROCESS

 


Before shipping, each watch undergoes a strict inspection process:

 

  • The watch is pulled from inventory and verified against its website listing

  • The correct box and papers are matched and included

  • The timepiece is reviewed by our expert watchmakers

  • Final testing ensures proper cosmetic condition, timing accuracy, and water resistance (where applicable)

 


This process ensures every watch meets our quality standards before leaving our facility.

 

 

 

SHIPMENT PROCESS

 


Once approved, your order is securely packed and shipped via UPS or FedEx. Orders are shipped to the billing address provided at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

 


We proudly ship to over 60 countries worldwide.


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased item can be legally imported into the destination country. Certain regulations may restrict the importation of items made with exotic or regulated materials.

 

 

 

SALES TAX

 


Momento Mori is required by law to collect applicable sales tax on shipping and handling fees for orders shipped to certain countries, in accordance with local tax regulations.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

 


Any customs charges, import/export duties, or additional taxes associated with international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.


Some countries impose Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier and do not go to Momento Mori.


Customs authorities may occasionally delay or deny delivery. While this is outside our control, we minimise risk by shipping exclusively with trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
